We are delighted to announce that Exhall Junior School in Warwickshire has officially joined the Griffin Schools Trust (GST), becoming the thirteenth school in our family from 1 September 2025.
This is a big moment for the Exhall community and for the Trust as a whole. After consultation with families, staff and the wider community earlier this year, there was strong support for the school to join GST – and we’re thrilled to see that journey now complete.
Exhall Junior brings with it a proud history and a dedicated team, and we know it will be a brilliant addition to our network of schools across the Midlands and South East.
Headteacher Laura Baker-Hill said:
“These are exciting times at Exhall Junior. We will continue on our journey, working closely with other GST schools. Our team is passionate about giving the very best to our pupils, and we look forward to the extra opportunities that being part of the Trust will bring.”
Anne Powell, our CEO, added:
“We’re so pleased to welcome Exhall Junior School. Its strong sense of community and commitment to its pupils make it a natural fit for GST. While the school keeps its unique identity, it will also benefit from shared expertise, resources and curriculum enrichment across the Trust.”
Amanda Gardiner, Chair of Governors, reflected on the milestone:
“The Board is delighted that Exhall Juniors is now part of GST. Being part of such a collaborative family of schools opens up fantastic opportunities for both pupils and staff, now and in the future.”
At GST, all our schools share the same vision built on three pillars: Proud Traditions, Wide Horizons, High Achievement. Together, we create great schools where every child can achieve highly, explore their talents and grow in confidence.
We’re proud to welcome Exhall Junior School into our family and look forward to the future we’ll build together.
