This week, we welcomed colleagues to our Head Office for a series of dynamic training sessions, highlighting our commitment to professional growth and school excellence.
The week began with a session for Early Career Teachers, providing targeted support and guidance at the start of their teaching journey. On day two we were joined by Science Leads, offering specialist development and strategies to strengthen curriculum leadership. We concluded with a leadership day for Heads and Executive Heads, fostering collaboration and the sharing of innovative approaches.
Attending these conferences allowed colleagues to benefit from outstanding training opportunities. We are grateful to our external speakers; Ashley Rose, Karen Hogetts and Dr Amanda Poole from The Ogden Trust, and Dr Richard Greenwood from The Open University, for their inspiring presentations. Our thanks also go to GST colleagues for generously sharing ideas and best practice throughout the week.
