The community at Lordswood Primary in Medway is celebrating an Outstanding judgement in all areas following its latest Ofsted inspection. This exceptional achievement reflects the strength of the school’s leadership, the dedication of its staff, and the success of the Griffin Schools Trust vision in action.
Inspectors praised Lordswood as a place where “pupils are inspired by knowledgeable staff and an aspirational curriculum”. They noted the school’s deep commitment to equity and fairness, and how pupils “feel safe and valued” as they thrive both academically and socially.
Headteacher Jayne Lusinski said, “The whole school community is incredibly proud that Lordswood’s passionate commitment to learning has been recognised by Ofsted. We are driven by a desire to offer the best possible education for our pupils, working in partnership with parents and the local community. Our school is a welcoming, nurturing environment where all pupils are encouraged to be the best they can be and fulfil their greatest potential — a belief reflected in our motto, Learning Without Limits.”
Following the report, Lordswood has featured in local media and welcomed growing interest from families and educational visitors keen to see its success first-hand.
