We are incredibly proud to share that Willow Brook Primary School has been officially recognised as an Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM) Flagship School. This rare accolade is the highest level of the IQM award, celebrating schools that demonstrate an exceptional, ongoing commitment to outstanding inclusive practice.
Building on their long-standing status as an IQM Centre of Excellence, Willow Brook has proven that it doesn’t just foster a deeply inclusive environment within its own classrooms, it actively drives inclusion forward by sharing its strategies and best practices with other schools.
This recognition is a powerful reflection of the Griffin Schools Trust’s core pillars. The IQM assessors praised Willow Brook for its culture where “every child matters,” highlighting the tailored support that ensures children of all abilities have full access to a broad, enriching curriculum.
As a Flagship School, Willow Brook will now undertake a specialised project this year to drive further innovation in inclusive education, serving as a beacon of best practice across the Trust and beyond.
