The Trust now seeks a Manager of Asset Programmes and Compliance to develop, co-ordinate deliver and monitor in line with the Trust’s Asset Policy.

Salary: £35,745 to £37,890

Hours: 37 hours per week – 52 weeks per year

Compliance reviews will be undertaken during term time.  Major Projects may be undertaken during school closures across the family of GST schools.

The postholder will work with the GST Executive Team and School Senior Leaders to deliver agreed asset projects and to ensure they are statutory compliant. S/he will have a key role to play in Health and Safety compliance throughout the Trust ensuring the safety of all students, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Supporting the delivery of projects agreed by the Executive Team and school Senior Leaders
– Give safeguarding and safety the highest priority: ensure that safe working practices are adopted by employees, contractors and in premises/work areas for which the post holder is responsible, in order to maintain a safe working environment for employees and service users. These are defined in the Trust Health & Safety Policy, departmental polices and codes of practice.
– Work in compliance with the Codes of Conduct, regulations and polices of the Trust and its commitments to equal opportunities.
– Ensure that output and quality of work is of a high standard and complies with current legislation/standards
