The #DesignOurTrophy competition was launched in October, by the Royal Academy of Engineering’s education team and enterprise hub. It challenged students aged 11 to 16 in STEM education across the UK to create a trophy that incorporated the Enterprise Hub’s values of creativity and innovation, whilst taking inspiration from their brand new logo, whilst not being a direct copy:
Edwin U, a year 8 student at NCS, was selected as a runner up by the Royal Academy of Engineering’s judging panel, which included Enterprise Fellowships alumni. He received a £50 amazon voucher for his design below, made using sophisticated CAD software:
