The Members protect our charitable and educational objectives, including the ethos of the Trust. They appoint the Trustees to the GST Board, and hold annual and extraordinary general meetings.

Our Board of Trustees has strength in education, enhanced by strategic, commercial and financial expertise.

GST Heads build their schools’ identity and vision on the three shared pillars of proud traditions, wide horizons and high achievement. Each school is very different but has palpable family resemblance expressed in many ways including:

• the quality of relationship
• the expectation that every pupil will reach national norms as a minimum
• a constantly developing physical environment.

The central teams provides support and brings expertise in school improvement, finance, governance, learning and development, HR, asset management, websites, IT and virtual communications.
