Martyn is the Executive Director of Parallel Learning, an academy trust of alternative and special schools. With a background in leadership in secondary schools as well as alternative provision and special education, he is driven by a belief that all children must have the very best opportunities in every setting. Martyn has led local authority school improvement and system leadership initiatives in London, Essex and Kent.
