Prue is the CEO of the Opossum Federation, a collective of four primary schools in East London. Specialising in leading the rapid and sustainable improvement of schools in challenging circumstances, she delivers on national programmes relating to developing leadership strategy and skills. Prue is also a trained coach and performance management appraiser. She is currently studying for a PhD at the University of London.
