Lisa has worked in school improvement, strategy, and headship within both state and independent sectors and as a Literacy Adviser for KS2 and KS3 within the London borough of Waltham Forest. She holds a Masters in Educational Leadership and Management and has wide experience of school governance. Her extensive teaching and leadership experience in both primary and secondary education, and across two continents, has enabled her to contribute to schools’ rapid progress to outstanding.
