Rolf started his career in the Royal Navy, serving on UK and NATO ships and achieving accelerated promotion to Lieutenant. He was a member of the Royal Navy training team, delivering media training, crisis simulation and assessment for ship’s companies. His passion for science, the natural world and environmental research led him to take up the role of Communications Officer with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, before embarking on a career in education. Rolf has always been committed to making education accessible, enjoyable and exciting by promoting exceptional STEM educational provision for all. Rolf is currently in a Secondary setting and is also an experienced Primary teacher.
