Steve Foster is a highly experienced HR professional who has worked at a senior level for global brands including Coca Cola and Honeywell. His specialism in large-scale organisational change is underpinned by experience in mergers and acquisitions, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection and leadership development. Steve also has a deep knowledge of the role and functions of corporate governance.
Steve spent the last decade leading HR, safeguarding and continuous improvement for St John’s ambulance. His support for the GST vision and desire to see it serving more children and families brings him to our Board.
