The Big Draw Festival is a worldwide celebration of drawing, promoting the universal language of drawing as a tool for learning, expression, and invention.
The theme for the 2023 festival is #DrawingwithSenses, changing the focus from external to internal, exploring the way we personally process the world and internalise our experiences through our senses. Students look at the five basic senses: Touch, Sight, Sound, Taste and Smell and experiment with these and transpose their experiences into creative work and drawings.
